Visa Requirements
赴捷克学生签证要求
Please, be advised that if you intend to stay in the Czech Republic, you are required to obtain a specific visa called “visa for period exceeding 90 days” (long term visa). Czech Visa is issued by the Czech Embassy in your country, where you can also get more information. We highly recommend applying at least three months or more before the day of your arrival in the Czech Republic to make sure you get your visa on time. You need the following documents in order to apply for long-term visa (more than 90 days):
1. The completed form "Application for Czech Visa" (available at the Consulate or Embassy)
2. Letter of Acceptance (supplied by our office) confirming the purpose of stay in the Czech Republic.
3. Confirmation of accommodation in the Czech Republic.(supplied by our office)
4. Confirmation of sufficient financial means for the stay in the Czech Republic (from your bank or Financial Agreement from your university confirming that you have received a grant )
5. Confirmation of a criminal record at your home country. This document is absolutely necessary. It must be officially translated into the Czech language. Please consult your local authorities.
6. An application form for a report from the Czech criminal record registry, confirming that you have no criminal record in the Czech Republic. This form is available at all Embassies/Consulates, and you can fill it in when applying for the visa.
7. 4 photographs (passport size)
8. Passport (original) – the period of its validity must exceed the expected duration of stay by at least 90 days
To get short-term visa (less than 3 months) you will need: Application Form, Letter of Acceptance, Confirmation of Guaranteed Accommodation, 4 photos (passport size), Financial Agreement and passport.
All official documents should be presented in the original or a certified copy. All documents should be presented with an official translation in the Czech language. We advise you to ask for up-to-date information at the Czech Embassy in your country.
长期签证（超过90天）
申办停留期超过90天签证的材料要求
1． 旅游证件（有效期应至少从在捷克停留的可能期限延长90天）
申请学生护照
2． 两张同底近期照片（尺寸为3,5 X 4,5 公分近照. 照片为光面黑白或彩色, 免冠正面大头像(含肩膀部分), 脸部长度应不少于1,3 公分, 照片底色勿为红色或深蓝色,底色以浅色为宜），其中一张粘贴在申请表的相应位置，另一张与其它材料 一 并递交
3．在捷克共和国停留期间的资金证明（如，申请人银行资金证明）；
工作目的，则无须提供上述资金证明
商务目的资金金额一年至少为101 000捷克克朗,或其它可自由兑换货币（相当于4 100 欧元）人民币45100
其它目的资金金额至少为 78 780 捷克克朗,或其它可自由兑换货币（相当于3 200欧元） (如果申请人年龄小于18岁则为上述金额的一半）
- 此证明材料的译文都必须使用捷克语官方译文
4．证明赴捷克各种目的需要提供的资料
留学类：需提供学校录取通知书
5．食宿担保 （学校准备）

7. 在中国无犯罪纪录，须由官方机构翻译为捷克语。
所有材料必须有捷克使馆官方机构翻译为捷克语，提交申请时应准备所有材料的原件和复印件，及翻译件的原件和复印件。
申请表与所要求的相关证件资料应一并递交
申办停留期超过90天的所有文件材料中，除申请人护照，出生证明，结婚证以及照片外，其它材料均在出具日期后180天内有效。
长期签证的申请者，递交材料时可以不用出示保险单，但是在获得签证后，需办理捷克共和国停留期间的保险（投保金额至少为 30，000 欧元的旅游医疗保险并且包括一切急救治疗费用或因医疗原因的遣送回国费用） 保险学校统一办理，在递交学校申请表时一并缴费。
证明材料的译文都必须使用捷克语官方译文，须由捷克使馆或官方翻译者翻译， 申办停留期超过90天签证所提供的材料文件概不退还,用来在捷克存档.
长期签证（停留期超过90天的签证）由捷克共和国外国人出入境管理局在申请表递交后的90天之内（留学目的60天之内）作决定。

申请费用是根据捷克克朗或者欧元确定的。新汇率是每月初按照捷克国家银行的汇率来制定。因此申请费用（币种为人民币）每个月都会随着汇率的不同有所变动。所有费用会在递交相应的申请时一并收取，并且收取时一律使用现金（币种为人民币）。除上述费用外不会收取任何额外的费用，领取申请表格也是免费的。
捷克签证申请表填写说明
此签证申请表由计算机处理,如果填写不当,你的签证将被延期或取消. 请如实填写此表,申请者必须亲自签名,不得由他人代签.
1．此表必须用大写罗马字母自左向右字迹清晰 地填写. 如有标点符号, 必须独占一格
2．不能用红笔填写
3．除使馆填写的部分以外,将你所知道的信息用大写字母填写
4．对于那些你不知道的信息不要填写
5．将选中的项目在方格内打叉“ X“ 不选的方格不填
6．资料必须填写在规定的格子内,如果空格不够可另用一张纸,并附在签证表内
7. 更改时,写错的地方必须先用线划掉,更正的资料填写在剩余的空格内,如果空格不够可另用一张纸,并附在签证表内
8．个人信息必须与护照一致,个人姓名用罗马大写字母填写,姓和名之间用空格分开
9．年月日不要用点分开, 填写顺序是：XX日XX月XXXX年
例如: 11011998 表 示 1998年1月11日
10. 地址填写方式: 国家代码-城市名称-街/路-门牌号
例如: CHN-BEIJING-RITANLU-2
11. 电话号码和传真号码填写方式:+ 国家代码-区号及电话/传真号码
例如: +86-1065326902
12. 欧盟国家公民的家属不用填写带*号的部分.
